Our production plant is the heart of the company, but the true driving force behind us is our Technical and R&D&I Department. This is the soul of Luxe Perfil, placing us at the forefront of our trade and allowing us to provide customers with new answers, both in building materials and in coil.
By combining the efforts of approved external laboratories with our own in-house technical laboratory, we perform trials and tests to guarantee the functionality and quality of our products. Tests for thermal transmission, permeability, sound, light input, wind, life cycles, etc. In fact, we have one of the largest wind testing installations in Europe.
RESPECT FOR THE PLANET
Recycling and respect for the environment is part of our DNA, and even more so considering that aluminium is a material with many lives. At Luxe Perfil we have an integral Waste Management System that allows us to control recovery in every detail, fully complying with current regulations.
Our commitment to caring for the planet is at the top of the list. This is why we control our emissions and avoid the use of potentially polluting materials such as lead and chromium.
We have our own water treatment plant and water deionisation plant, providing complete filtering capacities for reuse in our production system, thus minimising our total water consumption.
