LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST “PROJECTS WITH STYLE LUXE PERFIL 2025”

1. Organizing Entity
   
   Luxe Perfil, S.L.U., with registered office at Polígono Industrial La Pahilla, Calle Alhóndiga 2, 46370 Chiva (Valencia), organizes the internal contest called “Projects with Style Luxe Perfil”, aimed exclusively at official distributors and installers of the brand.
   
   
   
2. Purpose of the Contest
   
   The aim of this initiative is to recognize professional work and gather high-quality visual material from real installations carried out with Luxe Perfil products.
   
   Participants must submit one or more installation projects within one of the following categories:
   
   - Bioclimatic Pergolas.
   - Roller Doors.
   - Roller Shutters.
   - Mosquito Screens.
   
   Each project must include:
   
   - Technical Description: an explanatory text of at least 5–6 lines detailing the installation, product features, and the solution applied.
   - Visual Material: a minimum of 6 high-quality media files (photos and/or videos) with good lighting and focus, free of unrelated elements, and showcasing the LUXE PERFIL product as the main subject.
   
   
   
3. Participation Period
   
   

   The submission period will run from November 5 to December 31, 2025 (both included).

   Entries must be sent by email to: marketing@luxeperfil.es

   Winners will be announced on the official website and notified by email during the second half of January 2026.

   
   
   
4. Winner Selection and Prizes
   
   An internal jury composed of four members of the Luxe Perfil team will evaluate the submitted projects according to the following criteria:
   
   - Quality of the visual material submitted.
   - Originality and quality of the technical solution provided.
   - Use and application of Luxe Perfil products.
   - Overall presentation and creativity.
   
   There will be one winner per category.
   Each winner will receive an experience box worth €250.
   
   
   
5. Participation Requirements
   
   All accredited Luxe Perfil official distributors and/or installers, whether companies or professionals, may participate.
   
   5.1. Participant Identification
   
   Each entry must include the following participant details:
   
   - Full name of the participant.
   - Company or trade name.
   - Contact phone number.
   - Email address.
   - Full company address.
   - Province and country.
   
   Entries missing this information may be disqualified.
   
   Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   
   
   
6. Prize Notification
   
   Luxe Perfil will notify the winners by email from the official Marketing Department account.
   
   
   
7. Rights of Use of Submitted Material
   
   By participating, contestants grant Luxe Perfil free and exclusive rights to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute all submitted materials (texts, images, and videos). These may be used for corporate, commercial, or promotional purposes in:
   
   - Official website
   - Social media
   - Catalogs or editorial material
   - Advertising campaigns
   - Marketing and training activities
   
   This transfer of rights is valid worldwide and for an unlimited period, without any additional compensation.
   
   
   
8. Data Protection
   
   Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).
   Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and other applicable rights by sending an email to: marketing@luxeperfil.es.
   
   
   
9. Acceptance of the Terms
   
   Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
   Luxe Perfil reserves the right to exclude any entry that does not comply with the established conditions or may be deemed fraudulent.
