CLAIMS/RETURNS POLICY


Claims/returns will be governed by the following conditions:

  1. All items supplied by Luxe Perfil are guaranteed for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defect (See Conditions and Exclusions in Document Warranty).

  2. The maximum period for accepting a claim/return for damaged material in transport shall be 48 hours from the date of the goods delivery.

  3. If the error is caused by the customer himself in carrying out the order (colour, size, model, etc.), the return will not be accepted, except in the particular case of long-service material that enters into the stock rotations of Luxe Perfil and that will be paid after authorization of the Quality Department provided that it has been notified within a maximum period of 7 days from the material delivery.

  4. The customer has a maximum period of 15 days from the material delivery to communicate any errors in the physical characteristics of the material sent (colour, size, model, etc ), or in the configuration thereof.

  5. Complaints/returns must be made by telephone, writing by fax or e-mail indicating the delivery note number, lot and quantity of the material involved, reason for return/claim and photographs and/or samples to clarify the situation.

  6. Drivers are not authorised to carry out any collection of material without the relevant documentation authorizing it.

  7. Refunds of unused or surplus products are not permitted.

  8. Complaints/refunds from customers who are not aware of their payments shall not be accepted.

  9. Luxe Perfil shall not be liable for the installation or for any costs incurred as a result of relacement products or the damage caused to any of its products resulting from wrong instalation.

    After authorisation, collection and receipt of the returned goods, Luxe Perfil shall analyse and verify the material conditions and decide whether to pay the amount claimed.
